About

Hey, I am Onovae.

I build products to solve problems I care about. Right now, I am building AudioByte to help African students learn better by listening, and Forge to build proactive AI orchestration layers for B2B companies.

I shipped my first product at 18. Every failure since has been a lesson I have documented here.

I build with structure instead of relying on luck.
Writing is thinking. The memoir is proof.
Ship small, learn fast, and iterate honestly.

The story

Builder since 18.
Still going.

I am Onovae. Here is the honest version of how I got here.

2022

First product shipped

Built and launched my first product at 18. It did not scale, but it taught me what "done" actually means and how different that is from "perfect."

2023

AudioByte begins

Started working on the problem of audio-first learning in African universities. Spent months understanding the user before writing a line of production code.

2025

AudioByte goes live

Launched AudioByte to real users. Real students. Real classrooms. Real feedback. The hardest and most rewarding thing I have shipped.

2026

Memoir launched

Built this space to document thinking in public. It is not just a blog. It is a showcase of what I build, how I build it, and who I am while doing it.

2026

Forge starts

Started building Forge, a proactive AI orchestration layer that makes B2B tools reason and act together. Moving beyond reactive software to true intelligence infrastructure.

NOW

Scaling, writing, building

Growing AudioByte, building Forge, and documenting the process.

Now

How I build

01

Align before you build

Misalignment is the most expensive bug. I spend more time on clarity than on code.

02

Small, deliberate steps

Feedback is the speed limit. I never take on a task too big to verify.

03

Design investment every day

Entropy is real. Good architecture requires daily intention, not a big refactor at the end.

I BELIEVE
  • "No one knows exactly what they want. Alignment comes first."
  • "Feedback is the speed limit. Never take on a task too big to verify."
  • "Invest in design every day. Entropy does not take breaks."
